Who qualifies for this offer?
To qualify you must be a member of AENY.
Why is Imagineer offering us this?
They want more motor and mocha users in the market, especially freelancers, who can introduce the sfw to facilites where they work.
Does the offer apply to floating licenses?
No
Does this offer apply to support and maintenance agreements?
No. To qualify for email support and software upgrades you would have to purchase the support and maintenance agreement at full price. However,forum.imagineersystems.com is available to all users free of charge.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a temporary 2 week license for the software and an invoice. A permanent license will follow later once the Host ID has been verified.
What do I do if I don't have my Host ID available when ordering?
You can leave the Host ID field blank, and send it later by using the form at http://www.imagineersystems.com/store/form-contact_us.html. Please note however that this slows down the license issuing process.
What happens if I change my workstation?
If you plan to change your workstation within the next 3 months please let Imagineer know by adding a comment to the Host ID field when ordering. They will then let you have a temporary license that can be replaced by a permanent license once you have your new workstation. Otherwise, or if you replace your workstation at a later time, a $100 license transfer fee will be charged to transfer the license to a new workstation.
